Bovine coronavirus (BoCoV) is a viral infection that affects cattle. It belongs to the family Coronaviridae, which also includes the human coronavirus responsible for COVID-19. BoCoV can cause respiratory and gastrointestinal disease in infected animals, leading to a decrease in milk production, weight loss, and occasionally death.
